Applicant information

You should always consider our product disclosure documents before deciding whether to acquire a product. If you haven't already read the Product Information Summary relating to this product, please do so before continuing. It is important that you read and agree to this information before completing your application form. By applying for an account you are agreeing to the terms and conditions associated with the product

To complete the application:

• Select the branch where you would like your account to be held. To locate your nearest branch, select the 'locate' button and follow the prompts. The branch locator will automatically fill in the BSB and branch address on your application form.
• Westpac Choice is the Transaction Account associated with this package.

General

The Cancel button will cancel your current application form and take you back to the transaction and savings page.

The Back button will take you to the previous page in the application form.

The Continue button will take you to the next page in the application form.

Note: in some cases you will be unable to go to the next page unless you have completed the current page.
