How would you pay for your credit card when unexpected things happen - sickness, injuries, job loss - even death.

In such times of need you might like a helping hand.

Credit Card Repayment Protection¹ helps cover your Westpac credit card repayment obligations if you are unfit for work (due to sickness, injury or disease), if you are retrenched, sacked or if you die. This insurance is optional.

To apply you must be at least 18 and no more than 65 years old, and be performing work or services for at least 15 hours per week for payment.

The premium is charged at 52 cents per month for every $100 of the balance owing on your credit card.

The Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Financial Services Guide (FSG) will give you more information to help you decide if you want to take up this product. We recommend that you read the PDS and FSG and either print or save copies of them for your records.
