For privacy reasons, we can't disclose extra information such as the account name. If you already have the account name and want to check this as well, speak to one of our Banking Representatives.
You can also verify the BSB details of your own accounts through Self Service Telephone Banking by selecting BSB Information from the Other Services menu (option 5).
