QuickService is Westpac Institutional Banking's online portal which has been purposely built for agencies of the ACT Government to initiate and manage service requests directly to their Westpac Client Service Team.
QuickService:
allows you to lodge, view and edit your service requests online.
provides you a central location containing service applications (eg Corporate Online, Business Online), Westpac
forms and information in the one place.
provides automated notifications of service request status changes.
pre-populates requests for Bank Cheques, Cheque Cashing Authorities and Periodical Payments.
How do I get access to QuickService?
Access to QuickService can be established quickly and with ease. You will need to contact your agency's QuickService Administrator to request the creation of your profile and to provide you with a temporary password.
When you first login to QuickService, you will be asked to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight characters in length, and must contain at least one letter and one number.
