Signatory details

In this section we ask for information specific to each individual signatory to the new account(s).

These individuals must be

• the sole trader , if your business is a sole trader
• the partners, if your business is a partnership
• a director or company secretary, if your business is a company
• a chairperson or chief officer , if your business is an association or a registered co-operative

This page is repeated for the number of signatories you’ve indicated will be named on the account. 

Do you do your personal banking with Westpac?

This question refers to the signatory’s personal banking. If the signatory currently banks with Westpac, you only need to enter the signatory’s 8 digit customer number.
