Ready to apply for a Westpac Protected Equity Loan?

Am I eligible?

Individual investors 18 years or older, companies and trusts, including trustees of Self Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), are generally eligible to a buy a Westpac PEL.

What Information do I need?

Before you apply for a Westpac PEL, you should download, read and keep a copy of the Westpac PEL Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) (PDF 1MB). Westpac Protected Equity Loan Application Form (PDF 308KB) (please read the PDS before completing).

How do I apply for a Westpac PEL?

• Request an Indicative Term Sheet from our Tailored Equity Solutions team by calling 1800 990 107.
• If you agree to the commercial terms set out in the Indicative Term Sheet, wish to proceed with the Westpac PEL, and consent to the delivery of the PDS online, please:
  1. Complete the Westpac PEL Application Form contained in the PDS, then
  2. Include the Indicative Term Sheet reference number (on the top right of the application form) or enclose a signed copy of the Indicative Term Sheet and return to:
