How do I report my card lost or stolen?
You can report it immediately in Online Banking or the Westpac App. You can also place your
card on hold temporarily until you find it.
In the Westpac App
Before trying these instructions make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Search Report lost or stolen in the Smart Search bar and follow the prompts
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Services > Cards services
- Select Report lost or stolen cards
