Am I eligible?
To be eligible for this account with certain features applied (e.g. waiver of account-keeping fees), you’ll need to be a Concession or Health Care card holder, or receive an eligible Australian Government payment. A list of eligible payments can be found at Service Australia and Department of Veterans' Affairs.

Debit Mastercard®: Westpac Choice Youth account, the eligible card age is 8. For any other transaction account, the eligible card age is 14. You must have an Australian residential address.
