Westpac Institutional Bank ranked No.1 in Relationship Banking and No.1 in Transactional Banking for the 10th year

Westpac Institutional Bank has been ranked as the No.1 Lead Domestic Bank for transactional banking by Australia’s largest companies for an unprecedented 10th year in a row according to an industry leading survey that compares the performance of Australia’s top four institutional banks.
Based on a survey of 586 of Australia’s largest companies by Peter Lee Associates, Westpac Institutional Bank has also ranked as the No. 1 Lead Domestic Relationship Bank and ranked No. 1for both Relationship Strength and Customer Satisfaction.

“The survey is a clear acknowledgement that our customer-focused strategy continues to support our customers where it matters most,” Mr Whitfield said.
