Updates to remitter name for RTGS and international payments - March to June 2022
From March to June 2022 the remitter name used for immediate & same day (RTGS) and international payments will automatically update to the account name registered with us (i.e. the Westpac Account Name), rather than the current Corporate Online office name. For personal accounts (including joint accounts), individual names will show as the future remitter name.
Access your registered account name(s) by signing in to Corporate Online and viewing the account statement(s) for the debit account(s) used to make these payments. Please note, the remitter name to be shown in the payment recipients’ bank statements also depends on the recipient bank’s processes.
The following guide advises how to view your account statement(s): Viewing account balances and transactions, statements and transaction images (PDF 223KB).
