Do I have to upgrade my Pay to Mobile to a PayID®? 

If you choose not to upgrade your Pay to Mobile registration to a PayID, you'll only be able to receive Pay to Mobile payments from other Westpac customers.
 

St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA have replaced Pay to Mobile with PayID and you can no longer receive Pay to Mobile payments from their customers.
 

If you want to receive payments addressed to your mobile number from St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA customers, or customers at other financial institutions, please upgrade your Pay to Mobile registration to a PayID.
 

If you don't want to create a PayID, you can still receive fast Osko payments to your eligible BSB and account number.
