Su Duffey

Su joined Westpac in the New Zealand business in 2008 as Head of Retail Customer Experience after a career of marketing, strategy and HR roles in key NZ telecoms and electricity organisations. She moved into Group HR in 2010 and currently leads the HR shared services team responsible for delivering first and second tier HR services to the Group. Su holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and History), from Victoria University of Wellington.
