We’re building a simpler, stronger bank and have made changes to simplify our fee structure
Updated Credit Card fees
We’re renaming some fees so if they apply to your account, the updated fee name will appear on any statements provided to you from 19 November 2021. Please note, the fee amount may also be changing from 21 November 2021 as detailed below, if it applies to your account:

We’ve removed some fees
From 20 February 2021 for all home loan customers, no fees apply to request reduced repayments, additional or mini ATM statements or loan information.
From 20 May 2021 for personal transaction, savings or investments accounts, the following fees no longer apply: audit certificate fee, fees for deposits to accounts held at other banks or financial institution, cheque special answer fees.
We’ve also updated the names of some fees
