Our communities make Westpac a safe place to belong

Our Employee Advocacy Groups (EAGs) create opportunities for our people’s voices to be heard and to play a part in advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion. Each EAG is entirely volunteer run by our passionate employees and is sponsored and supported by a member of the Executive Team.

Advocating for inclusion and accessibility

ABLE (Assisting Better Lives for Everyone) advocates for people with disability, neurodivergent individuals and carers by embedding accessibility to help our employees and customers thrive.
