Changing the PIN on your Westpac business credit or debit card
Set or change your card PIN in Online Banking or the Westpac App.
How do I set or change the PIN for my business credit or debit card?
If you already have a personal account, are registered for Online Banking or have the Westpac App, and have a security device , you can change your PIN online in 5 simple steps.
Using the Westpac App
- Sign in to the app
- Select Self serve from the bottom menu
- Select Set or change PIN in the Card Services section
- Select the card from the drop down list, enter and confirm a new PIN, then select Submit
- Follow the authentication prompts to set your new PIN.
Using Online Banking
- Sign in to Online Banking using your 8-digit customer number and password
- Select Services from the Service menu
- Select Set or change PIN
- Select the card from the drop-down list, enter and confirm a new PIN, then select Submit
- Follow the authentication prompts to set your new PIN.
What if I’m not registered for personal Online Banking?
If you have an account in your personal name and are happy to access it online, simply register for Online Banking then activate your card following the steps outlined above.
To set a PIN for the first time or to change the existing PIN, take your card and photo ID to your local Westpac branch.
If you know your existing PIN, you can change your PIN at any time at eligible Westpac ATM.
You can request a PIN to be mailed to you by calling us. Please note this will take 5-7 working days.

I don’t have a security device. Can I still change my PIN online?
No, you will need a registered security device to change your PIN online. To register for one – or for more information – call us on:
