Under the Anti Money Laundering / Counter Terrorism Financing Act Westpac Group is required to collect and verify Customer Identification information, for any new customers on-boarded. To commence KYC onboarding please contact your Client Experience Manager who will initiate the process with our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Team.

To add signatories to an account print off, complete and sign the Notice of Authority of Addition to persons authorised - Government’ form (PDF 696KB)
If more signatures are required, complete the 'Annexure 'A' to Westpac Institutional Bank Notice of Authority - Government form (PDF 663KB) .
Where the signatory also has access to Corporate Online, we suggest your letter includes a request to remove their Corporate Online access. This will ensure you do not continue to pay for their access to Corporate Online.
