FAQs

Once your lender or broker has processed your application, you’ll get an email with your Customer ID. You’ll also get an SMS with a temporary password.
 

You’ll then need to…

1. Select the ‘sign-in’ button on the Westpac website.

2. Use your Customer ID and temporary password to sign in.
 

Please keep in mind that your temporary password will expire.


If you haven’t received your Customer ID or temporary password, please come and see us in a branch.
