How do I set up a periodical payment?
You can authorise us to make a regular Pay Anyone or Transfer payment on your behalf, such as a home loan repayment.
To set up, change or vary a regular payment, drop into a branch or call us on 132 032 8am – 8pm Sydney time. To delete a regular payment, go to Recurring Payments in Online Banking. At least 2 days notice is needed.
If you want to cancel a payment, you can do this between 8am – 8pm Sydney time. Any requests made outside these hours or on days when the bank is closed, will be actioned the next banking day between 8am and 8pm Sydney Time.
