Credit card statements

You can view credit card statements for eligible accounts online through your online banking. We'll still send you statements in the mail as well.

Which cards are eligible for eStatements?

Check your credit card:  
Altitude Business Gold Y
Altitude Business Platinum Y
BusinessChoice Everyday Y
BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Y

Who gets what statements?

For Altitude Business cards the main cardholder will receive statements.


For BusinessChoice cards - if you're a BusinessChoice Principal cardholder, you'll receive:   

  • A Billing Account statement, which details the Billing Account payment due date, opening balance and Closing Balance, overall Available Funds, as well as the amounts swept from individual cards
  • A copy of all individual statements for all Card Accounts under the Billing Account, detailing all transactions made by cardholders that month

If you're a BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum cardholder, you'll receive:

  •  A monthly statement for you that details your transactions.

If you're a BusinessChoice Everyday cardholder, you'll receive:    

  • A monthly statement for you that details your transactions. 

How often will I receive statements?

You'll receive statements every month, unless you haven't made any transactions and don't have an outstanding balance.

Can I give a third party access to my statements?

A third party (for example an accountant) can see electronic versions of your company's statements (eStatements).

Statement address changes

To get your statements sent to a different address, complete the  Maintenance form (PDF 1MB) and email or fax back to us.


If you're an online and telephone banking registered customer, call 1300 650 107 to make the change over the phone.

Please note this will change the delivery address for the whole facility, not just for the cardholder. Only the principal(s) or the Business is permitted to change the address.


Completing the form will only change the statements for your business credit card, but no other products you may hold with us. Please visit the branch to do this.
