WinTrade User Guide
After you have signed in to WinTrade, navigate to the User Guide link at the bottom of the left-hand menu to access the user guides and interactive demonstrations.
Forgot your User ID/Password?
Who can I contact?
- If you have the same Customer ID for both Westpac Online Banking and WinTrade you can reset your password on the Westpac Online Banking sign-in screen by clicking ‘Forgot customer ID or password?’.
If you still require assistance, contact the Westpac Online Banking Helpdesk on 1300 655 505 or (+61 2) 9155 7700 (calling from overseas) Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm AEST. - If you have a different Customer ID for Westpac Online Banking and WinTrade, or if you only use WinTrade, please contact your WinTrade Company Administrator(s) who can reset your password.
If your Company Administrator is unable to reset your password, contact the Corporate Online Support Team on 1300 134 291 (Option 3) or (+61 2) 9155 7737 (calling from overseas) Monday - Friday 8am – 8pm AEST for further assistance.
What is the password requirement?
If you have the same Customer ID for both Westpac Online Banking and WinTrade, ensure your new password is 6 characters including at least 1 number and 1 letter.
If you have a different Customer ID for Westpac Online Banking and WinTrade, or if you only use WinTrade, ensure your new WinTrade password meets the following requirements:
- Minimum 8-30 characters
- Alphabet characters (A-Z both upper and lower case), numerical characters (0-9) and special characters (~@#$^*()+\<>"';`&%!/=[]{}|,.?:-) are allowed
- Must contain at least 1 alphabet character, 1 numeric character and 1 special character.
- Cannot contain spaces.
- Cannot be the same as any of your previous 3 passwords used for WinTrade.
- No more than 2 repeating characters in a row.
