When a new principal starts at a school, there are several steps that need to be followed:
Step 1
Identification requirements. This is commonly completed at a local Westpac office. If the principal has already been identified with Westpac this does not need to be done again.
Step 2
Set up a new Verifying Officer. The principal will need to complete the Nomination for a verifying officer form (PDF 108KB). This document allows you to key directly into it. Please print the document once complete and sign where required.
Update the Notice of Authority. The principal will need to be added as a signatory to the school accounts. This can be done by completing the Amendment to the Notice of authority form (PDF 696KB). This document allows you to key directly onto it. Please print once complete and sign where required.
Establish a new Administrator in Corporate Online. Print off and complete the Corporate Online Administrator Establishment (PDF 382KB). A token will be sent to the Administrator once the facility has been established. This can take up to two weeks.
