Merchant facilities can be established should your school wish to accept credit and debit card payments.
Complete the relevant merchant application (to establish the merchant facility) AND the Corporate Online Organisation Amendment (PDF 588KB) form (to receive merchant settlement reporting through Corporate Online).

An authorised contact on the merchant facility will need to contact the Merchant helpdesk on (02) 8254 5622, option 3.
Please complete the Direct Debit Request (PDF 687KB) to amend the account that will be used for Merchant fees, adjustments, or chargebacks.
