We’re bringing two branches together under one roof in select locations so we can continue to serve the community and help you with your banking.
A co-located branch is where a Westpac branch comes together into a single physical location with another branch from the Westpac Group such as St.George or BankSA, enabling them to work alongside each other to continue to invest in and support local communities, and deliver a refreshed branch experience for our customers.
Our customers can continue to bank with us the same way they have always done, enjoying great service and banking expertise. The branch will offer a fit-for-purpose banking environment, with digital tools to support customers.
Co-located branches are easily recognisable with both brands on display. Our friendly team will greet you when you arrive and guide you to the team member to assist with your banking needs.
