Activate your card online

If you’re already registered for online banking, activate your card online. It only takes a few minutes.

 

Activate your card on mobile

If you’re already registered for online banking, activate your card using your mobile banking app.

If you have an iPhone or Android you can activate your card using your smartphone camera to scan and enter the card details.

Activate your card via the phone

You can activate your card over the phone by calling us anytime on 1300 308 930.

What about additional cardholders?

When the primary cardholder (that’s the person who opens the card account with us) activates their card(s), any additional cardholder’s card(s) will also be automatically activated.

Additional cardholders will not be able to use their card(s)s until the primary cardholder has activated their own.

What else do I need to know?

• Update any automatic payments
