CARD DAMAGED OR TAPPED OUT?
Keep in mind
- You and any other card holders can continue to use your existing card as your card number won't change.
- Use your Digital Card right away while you wait for your damaged replacement card to arrive.
How to get your card reissued
In Westpac App
- Sign in to the Westpac App
- Search Reissue card
- Confirm your address is correct, then follow the instructions
In Online Banking
- Sign in to Online Banking
- Go to Card services, then select Reissue card
- Choose your card, then select Reissue card
- Confirm your address is correct, then follow the instructions
What happens next?
Card Expiring?
You can continue to use your card till the end of the month. Your new card will be sent automatically before your card expires. We’ll send you a push notification in the Westpac App to let you know when your new card is on the way. Check your notifications are on by going to Profile > Settings > Notifications and marketing.

The Digital Card is only available in the Westpac App and supported with the latest version of the Westpac App. The terms and conditions applicable to your product also apply to the use of your digital card. Online Banking Terms & Conditions also apply. You may not always be able to access your digital card.
