You have flexibility and choice on how you use your Altitude Rewards points. If you've got $3 of points or more, you can use the Pay with Points feature anywhere Mastercard® is accepted on any purchase of $3 or more.
Plus, you can also choose to redeem them for digital gift cards, a rebate on your credit card statement or annual fee or donate them to charity. You can also convert your points to one of our transfer partners.

To receive the offer you must make an eligible purchase on an eligible Westpac credit or debit card and comply with the offer criteria.
Offers are valid for a limited time and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.

In some instances, Westpac do not fulfil the discounts or cashbacks, these will be fulfilled by Mastercard, ShopBack or our merchant partners.

Westpac Extras. Offers will be subject to their own Terms and Conditions. To receive cashback, you must make an eligible purchase on an eligible Westpac credit card and comply with the offer criteria. You will receive the cashback amount as a statement credit on your credit card account. This statement credit will normally be paid onto your credit card account within 7 days after the date on which the eligible purchase is processed. Cashback (including Westpac bonus Cashback) is offered by ShopBack and not Westpac. Westpac bonus Cashback is offered exclusively to Westpac cardholders who have access to bonus Cashback on top of any other available Cashback. To receive Westpac bonus Cashback, you must add an eligible Westpac debit or credit card to your ShopBack account, make an eligible purchase on the same Westpac debit or credit card and meet the offer criteria. Rewards Points The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Altitude Rewards Terms and Conditions or Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. You do not receive points if you have not paid the minimum payment due in full and on time and in other circumstances. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account.
