While Cardless Cash withdrawal is no longer available, Cardless Cash deposit remains readily accessible.
 

We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we apologise for any untimely impact it may have on you.

 

Here are other convenient ways to withdraw your money smoothly and securely:

  • ATM withdrawals: Withdraw cash easily and free from ATM fees at any of the secure 7,000 ATMs through our ATM network across Australia.
  • Bank@Post: You can also complete cash transactions and withdraw up to $1000 per day through more than 3,400 Australia Post outlets.
  • Branch access: Over 500 branches nationwide are happy to help, whether you bank with Westpac, St. George, BankSA, or Bank of Melbourne.
  • Digital wallets: Add a digital version of your eligible credit or debit card to your eligible device (such as a mobile phone or smart watch), so you can use your Digital Wallet to make credit or debit card transactions without your physical credit or debit card.
  • Online Banking: Send and receive money in real time using Payments, Pay with PayID, or Pay Someone using Payees.

Debit Mastercard®: Westpac Choice Youth account, the eligible card age is 8. For any other transaction account, the eligible card age is 14. You must have an Australian residential address.
