Turn on automatic updates

Keep your devices up-to-date by regularly checking and installing the latest updates. It’s important to always be running the latest version of your Westpac Banking app.

Make passwords hard to crack

Choose a strong, unique password for every account and never reuse a password.

Check before you click

Stay vigilant for the tell-tale signs of phishing and remember we will never send you a link to sign into your Online Banking via email or SMS.
