How do I manage my fundraisers?

Once you’re set up with your Westpac Community Solutions One account that’s linked to your EFTPOS Air facility:

Admin rights

The administrator can manage user logins, roles, and permissions via the EFTPOS Air App or portal.

User onboarding

Onboard and manage user access via the app or portal, so volunteers can instantly take donations.

Start fundraising

Users download and log into the app to start, allowing admins to view payments received by users.

Removing access

Admins can instantly remove users through the app or portal if a volunteer no longer needs access.

Eligibility criteria, terms and conditions apply for EFTPOS Air.

Community Solutions One is available for not-for-profit organisations including companies operating on a non-profit or charitable basis. Westpac may, at any time, exercise discretion to not approve an application and/or proceed with opening of a Community Solutions account where any documentation provided is incomplete and/or not to Westpac's reasonable satisfaction.
 

1. Compatibility: To use EFTPOS Air your iPhone or Android device will need to be Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled and running on one of the supported iPhone Operating System (iOS) or Android Operating Systems (OS), listed at https://help.eftposair.westpac.com.au/compatibility/, which may change from time to time. Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iPhone XS or later running iOS 16.4 or later and a supported payment app. Some contactless cards may not be accepted by your payment app.
 

2. Mobile coverage: Internet connection is required to take payments.
 

3. Flat rate pricing: Applies to eftpos, Mastercard and Visa payments by card, mobile wallet, or wearable. The EFTPOS Air transaction rate is 1.4%, however charities are eligible for custom transaction rates, please give us a call on 1800 029 749 to discuss.
 

4. Same day settlement:  Subject to system availability, settlement is performed directly after business day cut off. Business day cut-off for EFTPOS Air takes place 7-days a week at 8.50 pm (Sydney time). Settlement must be to an eligible Westpac business transaction account.
 

5. Community Solutions One Transaction Account: Before making a decision about any of our Business Transaction Accounts, please read the terms and conditions available at westpac.com.au/transaction-accounts. Fees may be incurred for certain electronic transactions such as foreign transactions and withdrawals from some overseas ATMs. Customers must be able to meet any applicable fees and charges. Read the Westpac Online Banking Terms and Conditions (PDF 620KB) before making a decision. Not all accounts are eligible to be included in a bank feed. Not all third-party service providers support bank feeds for all accounts.

Bank feeds must be set up with third-party service provider before it can be connected in Westpac Online Banking. If your third-party service provider doesn’t appear in the drop-down menu in Westpac Online Banking, you may need to check that your third-party service provider is registered with Westpac. Should there be any changes to your user access or network access levels, you may need to disconnect your bank feed(s) as any access changes won’t impact bank feeds. The products and services offered by third-party service providers are subject to their own terms and conditions and fees and charges. Westpac doesn’t guarantee or endorse the services or products offered by third-party service providers.
