What our graduates have to say
I studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) at the University of Sydney, and in my spare time, I love to head to the beach for a swim.
I may be a Marketing Grad, but I am also passionate about sports!
I decided to apply after hearing about the company’s great culture and development opportunities from previous grads. I was eager to kick start my career in an inclusive and stimulating environment, who invest in their employees and the community – Westpac Group ticked all those boxes for me!
I chose to apply to this program as it best aligned with my interests in consumer behaviour, derived from my background in marketing and psychology at uni.
Since rolling off the program…
I am now part of the Insights & Analytics division within the Chief Brand & Marketing Office.
I work as a brand researcher conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to help track Westpac’s brand health.
When I started my Grad Program my first rotation was in the brand team and then found my way into quantitative research towards the end of my graduate program.
The vast experiences you gather across your rotations allow you to upskill across multiple areas and therefore to bring a uniquely holistic perceptive to the table.
