Are the Apple Pay transaction limits and PIN the same as the card?

Yes, the transaction limits and daily withdrawal limits that apply to Apple Pay are the same as your Debit or credit card.  If a PIN is required to authorise a payment, cash out or refund, you will need to enter your card PIN at the terminal.
