How do I close my account?
If you’re a personal or sole trader customer, you can;
- Sign into Online Banking or the Westpac App (eligible everyday and savings account, credit card and Flexi Loan accounts)
- Visit your nearest branch
- Call 132 032 8am-8pm Sydney time, 7 days a week or +61 2 92939270 if overseas.
If you’re a Business customer;
- Users in your business network can raise a Business Servicing Request task to close eligible Business Savings and Transaction accounts. Further information on Business Servicing Requests | Westpac
- Contact your Relationship Manager or Visit your nearest branch
