How do I check if I have a Security Code via the App?
If you want to check what devices have been registered for Security Code, follow the steps below.
You can do this in Online Banking or the Westpac App.
In the Westpac App
Before trying these instructions make sure you
update to the latest version of the app.
- Tap Profile
- Then Settings > Security Code and Token
- If you want to remove a device, select Remove this Device next to the appropriate device.
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Preferences
- Then click on Security to see your device(s) listed.
- If you want to remove a device, select Remove this Device next to the appropriate device.
