Why are some transactions with linked merchants not displaying in My Merchants?

My Merchants will take transaction information from merchants that are categorised as a ‘card on file’ or a recurring payment. If the merchant has not categorised a transaction in this way, it may not appear in My Merchants. For a complete list of transactions, please refer to your account statements.
