I need a new PIN for my credit card or Handycard while I’m overseas
To order a new or replacement PIN (personal identification number) while you are overseas:
- Sign in to Online Banking and you will be able to select a PIN and start using your PIN straight away
- Call +61 2 9155 7700 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). For Black cards please call +61 2 9155 7711.
Please note that calls made from mobile phones or hotel rooms may attract additional charges.
Allow 10-14 business days for delivery if you’re at an overseas address.

Locations where Westpac online services cannot be used
Access to Westpac online services is blocked in certain locations.
