Do I need to do anything to get ready to use PayTo?

  • Individual customers (including sole traders): No. If you have an eligible account, you’ll be able to receive a PayTo agreement when you select the PayTo option for your goods or services.
  • Business Network customers: Business Network Administrators will need to switch on the PayTo feature in Online Banking and select appropriate users to receive PayTo agreements. If the PayTo feature is not switched on and users not allocated, PayTo agreements may be declined and will need to be issued again.
