How do I switch to paper statements?
You can opt for paper statements anytime in Online Banking or the Westpac App. You can also drop into a branch or call us on
132 0328am-8pm Sydney time, 7 days.
In the Westpac App
Before trying these instructions make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Search eStatements in the Smart Search bar
- Tap eStatement settings and select the account
- Tap Paper statement then Update
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Preferences > Statements
- Select the account
- Select Paper statements then Save
