Where can I find my PayTo agreements?
- Personal customers
- Online Banking: Services > PayTo agreements
- Mobile Banking: Search PayTo > select PayTo agreements
- Business Network:
- Online Banking: Services > PayTo agreements
- Mobile Banking: enter ‘PayTo’ in the Search field
If you’re a Network User and you don’t see the PayTo option, it means your Network Administrator hasn’t allocated you permission. Please contact them to organise.
If you have third party access to an account, you’ll also see any PayTo agreements listed in your PayTo agreements section (will say ‘Third Party access’).
