Are all letters going to be sent digitally?

For legal or other reasons we may still send you letters in the post on occasion.

The type of letters sent digitally may include; card arrivals, changes in a product’s terms and conditions, changes to interest rates, missed payment advice, BPay or direct debit failure advice, service letters. These letters will transition gradually from post to digital over the course of a year.
