I received a Westpac Protect™ Security Code from Westpac, but I didn't make a transaction.

If you received a Security Code that looks different to what you expected (for example, the payee details had changed), please call us immediately on 132 032.

If you received a Security Code to sign in, but you're not signing into your banking, you should call us immediately on 132 032 or reset your password.

Remember, never share your security codes for Online Banking with anyone, even friends and family. They are to keep your banking safe and confirm you authorise the transaction or activity, validating the request is genuine.

Please forward hoax/scam SMS messages claiming to be from Westpac to 0497 132 032 for investigation.
