There are PayTo agreements and PayTo payments on my account I don’t recognise
If you’ve provided other users with access to your account, they may have set up new PayTo agreements on your behalf.
PayTo agreements can be cancelled or paused in Online Banking. You can also contact the relevant merchant or business to find out more about the PayTo agreement.
Be sure to only authorise PayTo agreements in your Online Banking that you’ve requested – if you receive an authorisation request for a PayTo agreement you don’t recognise, find out more before taking any action.
