• What cards are eligible for My Merchants?

• Can I tell which merchants on the My Merchants list have a digital token and which have my card details stored?

  My Merchants displays merchants where your card is connected for recurring or regular payments.

• Which versions of the Wesptac App do I need to use My Merchants?

  On either iPhone or Android, you will need Westpac App version 10.6.0 or later......

• Why are some transactions with linked merchants not displaying in My Merchants?

  My Merchants will take transaction information from merchants that are categorised as a ‘card on file’ or a recurring payment.

• If a merchant already has my physical card details, and I then connect to them via My Merchants in the Westpac App, will the merchant remove my physical card details?

  We cannot guarantee that your card details will be removed by the merchant after you connect to.........

• Which merchants can I connect with using My Merchants?

  My Merchants is launching with Skip, with other merchants continuing to be added.
