Can I change a scheduled payment?

You can change the payment amount and/or the payment date for a single payment in a recurring payment schedule. Any other changes, you’ll have to cancel the payment and create a new one. If the payment is scheduled for today, you won’t be able to cancel or change it.

In the Westpac App

1. Tap Profile > Payments > Upcoming​
2. Select the scheduled payment​
3. Tap Cancel payment or Amend payment (Android) or Options > Cancel payment or Amend payment (iOS)​
   

In Online Banking

1. Go to Upcoming payments on your dashboard and select View​
2. Go to Actions and select Cancel payment or Amend payment​
