Why are my recent transactions not included in my Carbon Footprint Tracker insights?
Pending transactions will be included when they’re settled. Only fully processed (settled) transactions from eligible accounts are included in Carbon Footprint Tracker insights.
You can view pending transactions in ‘recent transactions’ for the relevant eligible account.
