Do I need to use Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App to use PayTo?

By registering for Online Banking you can view, authorise and manage your PayTo agreements securely in Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App.

  • Individual/sole trader customers: If you’re not registered for Online Banking and you receive a PayTo agreement authorisation request via email or letter, you can call us on 132 032 (8am – 8pm Sydney time, Monday - Saturday) to discuss your options.
  • Business customers: if you’re not registered for Online Banking, and you’ve provided Third Party Access Authority or have a joint account holder with Online Banking access, they can manage your PayTo agreement on your behalf.

 

If you don’t have a third party or joint account owner with Online Banking access, your PayTo agreement will be declined automatically.
