I sent an invitation to my joint applicant, but the account isn’t open yet. Why is this?

Your joint account won’t be opened until the second applicant has completed their part of the application. Once you’ve submitted your application, your joint applicant will be sent a link to complete their part of the application via SMS and/or email.

If your joint applicant hasn’t received the link, please ask them to check their email junk mailbox. They will need to complete their part of the application within 14 days of when you submitted your application. After this time, the application will no longer be valid and will need to be started again.
