What happens if I don’t receive an email notification?
When you have mail ready to view, we will always send an email notification to the address you have provided.
If you cannot see an email from us, please check:
- The correct email address is recorded in your personal details
- The email has not been put in the email spam folder by your email provider.

You do not require the email notification to be able to view your letters. Simply sign in to Online Banking and go to your Online Banking inbox.
