What happens if a PayTo payment is unsuccessful?
If a PayTo payment is unsuccessful we’ll let you know immediately and, where possible, explain what may have caused it to fail. Once the issue has been resolved, you may need to contact the business you have the PayTo agreement with to initiate the payment again, or call us on 132 032 (8am – 8pm Sydney time, Monday – Saturday) for individual customers or 132 142 for business customers for further support.
