If you’re unsure who was responsible for an action taken on your PayTo agreement, this information is available in the PayTo agreement history in Online Banking. If it was the business or merchant, please contact them for more information.

 

If it was paused or cancelled by Westpac, we’ll promptly notify you via Westpac Online Banking, the Westpac App or via email.
