Where do I find my messages and alerts on Westpac Online Banking?

In the Westpac App

1. Search Messages in the Smart Search bar
2. Tap Inbox under self-serve
3. View and filter all Messages and Alerts

In Online Banking

1. In the top right of your screen go to Notifications
2. The number shows you how many messages and alerts you have
3. You can filter your Messages and Alerts by using the dropdown arrow under Notifications ​
